thoughts
¯ We pray
for moral leadership among the Israeli people and the Palestinians, so that,
freed from violence, there may be a lasting peace in the Holy Land.
¯
The Pope has set a next goal for the whole
Church, which we can express in the famous verses of Antonio Machado:
Caminante, no hay camino, se have camino al andar - Wayfarer, the path is
not there, it is to be made by walking.
¯ We pray
for all who are engaged in implementing Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato si’,
that their seven-year plan will unite us all in caring for the earth, our
common home
