When you love, you lose yourself in some sense; you forget yourself, you take leave of the ego.

Just a few thoughts

·         I have read a number of articles recently about Voluntary Assisted Dying. Now, rather suddenly, it is once again being considered in our State Parliament. In my family we have experienced the deaths of our parents and 2 sisters. My father’s death was a traumatic experience. However, the dying process of my mother and sisters had many moments of grace, sanctity and love for them and for us as we shared the journey.
