Jesus can only help those who are ready to be helped.

Just a few thoughts

·       “No work is insignificant. All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.” -- Martin Luther King Jr.

·       May we not judge by appearances, but rather, with the gift of wisdom, recognize the uniqueness of every individual.

·       We pray for ourselves, that this week’s remembrance of Jesus’ friends, Martha, Mary and Lazarus, and the church’s great founders, Ignatius, Alphonsus and Dominic, will inspire us to follow Jesus ever more closely.
