May those places which are caught up in the
violence of war in the Middle East come quickly to peace, so that violence,
destruction, death, and hatred is ended.

We pray for the faithful volunteers who prepare
and provide meals for the disadvantaged, that their service will nourish the
hearts and spirits as well as the bodies of those in need.
