We pray for a spirit of joy among Christians so
that they can be living signs of hope in a broken and fragile world.

The Second Vatican Council reminded us that the
Mass is not a ceremony which the congregation attends, it is a ritual in which
they participate. Although the priest has a special ministry, it is the whole
congregation that celebrates Eucharist.
