Just a few
thoughts
·
NAIDOC Week:- engage with your local Aboriginal
community - commit
to attending one of these events, joining together with hundreds of others
as we celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander peoples.
·
May there be a renewal among the lay faithful so
that they become labourers of the harvest in their places or work and
education, families and communities
·
We pray for the church, that all its members,
lay and ordained, will proclaim the reign of God, call others to a change of
heart, and grace them with health of mind, body and spirit.
Reflections
ü We are all called to serve
and to build the Kingdom.
ü Do we use our
spiritual GPS to truly focus in on God’s Word and respond?
ü Persevere
on the journey of healing, truth, justice and reconciliation
