As we gather for this Eucharist, may we in our
hearts, have the same emotion as St Peter: Master, it is wonderful for us to
be here.

Let us pray for humanitarian agencies seeking to
alleviate hunger, disease and despair in places of great suffering, that they
will be sure of full support from the international community.
